As a Minority Business Enterprise, The MATLET Group recognizes the impact that supplier diversity has on the community. We clearly understand that when minority- and women-owned businesses grow and prosper, the communities we serve share the benefits.
Our success comes from the diversity of our staff, and the unique perspectives and ideas each person brings to their jobs. In keeping with this, we are also committed to purchasing quality products and services from a diverse supplier base, and welcoming business partners who represent all people.
When considering new vendors, we will make every effort to include diverse suppliers, in the purchasing process at each of The MATLET Group’s companies.
To this end we have established our own supplier diversity program to facilitate this process. We welcome diverse suppliers to register with us and review the list of products and services that we currently purchase.
